Brian Burroughs
Brian Burroughs was apparently introduced to GSA staff in June by Thomas Shedd and Stephen Ehikian. It apparently seemed “like they were looking for things for him to work on.” Until I find out what those things might be, I am classifying him as an unknown. There is a Brian Burroughs who is the CTO of Business Operational Concepts, a small contracting firm that does business with the federal government and GSA. It’s possible he is that person, but the name is generic enough that it might be someone else.

«Not many details besides start date “in June.” Because he is a former IT consultant, I’m not sure if he has been hired or is consulting.»

Ethan Damiano
I don’t have much info on this person yet, but they were named as being a Special Advisor at the SBA, which was a title also assigned to known DOGE member Aram Moghaddassi. His background does seem to be as a field organizer for the Trump campaign, so while he matches the “young, eager, doesn’t ask questions” DOGE demographic, he probably isn’t writing code.

Derek Geissler
Apart from a single report by NBC News placing him at the Department of Labor in mid-February, there are no public details about Derek Geissler. According to ProPublica, “Geissler has been working at the GSA since the beginning of the administration in close coordination with political leadership on DOGE special projects, including artificial intelligence and data sharing efforts.” Despite his prominent position, Derek has done a good job of avoiding the spotlight.

I don’t have much info on this person yet, but they were named as being a Senior Advisor at the SBA, which was a title also assigned to known DOGE members at that agency. I know that she worked at SBA as a Senior Advisor in the previous Trump administration, so this might be a false alarm, but her LinkedIn listed her current role just as “Organizational Development Consultant” which seems like DOGE’s evasion. However, this is looking like a false alarm.
